Job Summary

As a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer - WA Licensed working remotely, the successful candidate will guide members through the mortgage process, helping them purchase or refinance homes while providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with members to understand their mortgage needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Originate loans by accurately processing applications and communicating necessary disclosures and fees
• Serve as the primary contact for members and real estate agents, ensuring clear communication from application to closing

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 4 years of lending sales, processing, or underwriting experience
• At least 5 years of sales experience
• Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, including annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
• Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo mortgage products strongly preferred
