Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with borrowers, manage a pipeline of both purchase and refinance, and establish ongoing customer relationships
• Use technology to qualify borrowers for loan programs and be knowledgeable about financing options
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and be proactive in sales and relationship building

Required Qualifications:

• Recent mortgage loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Meet all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) requirements
• Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented with a desire to succeed in a sales environment
