A company is looking for a Home Equity Loan Originator.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and documentation to confirm credit worthiness
• Communicate origination timelines, product details, and underwriting requirements to applicants
• Manage the loan process and ensure timely communication with borrowers throughout the origination process

Required Qualifications

• Background or previous experience in financial services and sales
• Ability to establish and build working relationships with applicants
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
• Two to four years of successful loan origination experience preferred
