Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist - Mortgages.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with borrowers and solicit referrals and new applications
• Analyze borrowers' financial status and guide them through the application process
• Utilize technology systems for communication and tracking customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Administration, or related field
• Possession of state-specific mortgage banking license(s) or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and mortgage processing software
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of lending guidelines and regulations
