Key Responsibilities

• Source and originate residential mortgage loans, negotiating loan terms to meet consumer needs
• Manage the full loan application process, ensuring accurate documentation and collaboration with in-house teams
• Build and maintain a professional network to generate new business and develop strategic marketing plans

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS
• 2+ years of recent experience in retail mortgage loan origination/sales
• Proven track record of successful loan origination with a consistent referral-based business
• Extensive knowledge of residential loan programs and mortgage lending regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience in fast-paced environments
