Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Partner to assist Sales associates with systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for new production staff during onboarding
• Support Loan Officers by answering questions and providing training reinforcement
• Assist with the administration of CRM and POS platforms and provide light production coverage

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license through the NMLS
• Minimum of three years' experience as a Loan Officer or Loan Officer Assistant
• Familiarity with mortgage software such as Encompass and Total Expert
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
