Key Responsibilities

• Manage CRM system, including inputting contacts and tracking lead metrics
• Conduct follow-ups with new leads and ensure proper CRM campaign enrollment
• Request borrower documentation and assist in loan application reviews

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of mortgage products and loan processes
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience in a mortgage or financial services role is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
