Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant to support business growth and manage loan processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM system and maintain lead records
- Conduct follow-ups with new leads and ensure proper enrollment in CRM campaigns
- Assist with loan application documentation and maintain communication with clients and referral partners
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of mortgage products and loan processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in mortgage or client support roles is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
