Job Summary
A multinational human resource consulting firm has an open position for a Mortgage Loan Originator in Frisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively soliciting new residential mortgage business in the Frisco market to meet established loan quality and production goals
- Working independently to identify Home Finance prospects, with the intent to sell mortgage and home equity products to consumers by generating leads and converting leads or referrals to applications
- Establishing a presence in the community by maintaining strong relationships, actively promoting the Bank, and cultivating business through outside agencies, and third party vendors
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 2 years of mortgage loan originator experience
- Efficient personal and on-the-phone customer service skills
- Outstanding knowledge of fundamental accounting methods and processes
- Proficiency in handling records and managing of files
