Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and originate residential mortgage loans while negotiating terms that meet consumer needs
• Manage the full loan application process and collaborate with in-house teams to ensure timely loan file progression
• Build and maintain a professional network of referral sources to generate new business and develop a strategic marketing plan

Required Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS
• 2+ years of recent experience in retail mortgage loan origination/sales
• Proven track record of successful loan origination with a consistent source of referral-based business
• Extensive knowledge of residential loan programs and mortgage lending processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience analyzing complex data for business decisions
