Job Summary

Engaging with consumers to offer innovative financial solutions, the full-time Home Equity Sales Specialist will manage inbound inquiries, educate potential clients on Home Equity Cashout options, and guide them through the application process while maximizing conversion rates.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage consumers and inform them about Home Equity Cashout options
  • Maximize conversion from lead to application and funding through proactive outreach
  • Guide applicants through the application process, providing updates and support
Required qualifications
  • Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license preferred, not required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of recent sales experience, preferably in finance
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
