Mortgage Loan Partner - MO & KY Licensed

Job Summary

Supporting a growing team, the full-time Mortgage Loan Partner - MO & KY Licensed will assist the Mortgage Loan Originator in processing mortgage loans, conducting research, managing client communications, and ensuring efficient loan transactions in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Mortgage Loan Originator with clerical functions and loan processing tasks
• Conduct preliminary research to determine mortgage eligibility and prepare files for submission
• Maintain communication with borrowers and schedule signing appointments while managing the loan pipeline

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of loan structuring and experience with government loans (FHA, USDA, VA)
• Minimum one year of experience in the mortgage banking industry
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 year college curriculum preferred
• Originator License for MO & KY preferred, with support for licensing post-hire
• Familiarity with Encompass Database software or equivalent is a plus
