Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review loan files and generate initial needs list within 24-48 hours of conditional approval
• Conduct welcome calls and maintain ongoing communication with borrowers every 48 hours throughout processing
• Manage underwriting conditions, collaborate with internal teams, and coordinate appraisal and title processes for timely closings

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience required
• Proficiency with FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Encompass LOS required
• Strong understanding of TRID requirements and working knowledge of Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
