Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify all loan application documentation, ensuring compliance with requirements
• Document all communications with applicants and coordinate with internal and external teams throughout the loan process
• Ensure timely delivery of necessary documents for closing and funding, and verify compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3-5 years of loan processing or related experience required
• Experience with Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector
• Familiarity with compliance regulations such as TILA-RESPA and ECOA
• Proficiency in using loan processing systems and software
