Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process mortgage loan records, files, and correspondence from application through approval
• Ensure compliance with bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines and customer service standards
• Communicate with customers, internal staff, brokers, counsel, and title companies to resolve inquiries and obtain necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of related experience
