Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor / Loan Officer Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Collect borrower documentation and verify income, assets, employment, and credit
Review, organize, and prepare loan files for submission and track underwriting conditions
Communicate with borrowers and manage pipeline status to ensure timely closings

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of mortgage processing or Loan Officer Assistant experience
Experience working for a mortgage broker
Arive LOS experience required for remote candidates
Proficient in broker loan submission and condition management
Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, and DSCR products
