Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor II (Mid-level).

Key Responsibilities

• Process, submit, approve, close, and fund loans with minimal involvement from Loan Officers/Originators
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing timely updates and monitoring loan progress
• Ensure all loan packages are complete and compliant before submitting to underwriting and follow up on outstanding items

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recent mortgage loan processing experience; 3-5 years preferred
• Experience supporting multiple loan officers/originators
• Preferred experience with the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Ability to manage and process up to 30 client loan files simultaneously
• Must reside in a state where the company is currently licensed
