A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor - Residential Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and review documents for mortgage loan applications
• Prepare complete and paperless loan files for underwriting and closing
• Provide professional service to customers, mortgage loan originators, and underwriters

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
• Proficiency in mortgage loan processing software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to review personal and business tax returns
• Strong organizational and time management skills
