Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor / Loan Officer Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify borrower documentation including income, assets, employment, and credit
• Review and prepare loan files for submission and manage pipeline status
• Communicate with borrowers and third parties, and coordinate closings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage processing or Loan Officer Assistant experience
• Experience working for a mortgage broker
• Arive LOS experience required for remote candidates
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, and DSCR products
• Proficient in broker loan submission and condition management
