Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process mortgage loan records, ensuring compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines
• Communicate with customers and internal staff to resolve inquiries and obtain necessary documentation
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring all deadlines are met and maintaining open communication with all parties involved

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of experience in mortgage loan processing and closing activities
• Basic knowledge of loan processing, closing policies, and underwriting requirements
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• 2-5 years of mortgage loan processing or underwriting experience preferred
