Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to manage loan applications and support the loan approval process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, including refinances and home equity loans
• Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy, and gather required documentation
• Provide prompt and professional communication to customers, loan officers, and underwriters

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan experience
• Self-directed and motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
• Ability to establish ongoing relationships through excellent customer service
