Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor - Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Review mortgage loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program guidelines
• Manage approval condition processing for submission to underwriting and deliver commitment letters on time
• Serve as the primary liaison between borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and closing staff to ensure timely updates

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience or related lending/financial services experience
• Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A 2-year college degree is preferred; high school degree or GED is required
