Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor - Experienced.

Key Responsibilities

Process, submit, approve, close, and fund loans with minimal involvement from Loan Officers/Originators
Manage up to 30 client loan files simultaneously, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
Communicate effectively with borrowers, team members, and third-party vendors to foster exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of recent experience processing Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
Must reside in a state where the company is currently licensed
Preferred experience supporting multiple loan officers/originators
Experience with the Encompass LOS is preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
