Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processor to review and prepare mortgage loan files for underwriting and closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
• Analyze loan files for program eligibility and guideline applicability
• Communicate with borrowers and internal teams to obtain required information and facilitate loan processing

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Two (2) or more years of loan processing experience preferred
• One (1) to three (3) years of mortgage industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment preferred
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
