Key Responsibilities

Fund and process a pipeline of brokered first and second mortgages, ensuring compliance with deadlines
Review loan files for compliance and manage daily workflow for timely processing
Maintain communication with borrowers and loan officers regarding loan status and resolve processing issues

Required Qualifications

3+ years of mortgage processing or underwriting experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Thorough understanding of federal rules and regulations related to mortgage processing
Experience with relevant technology, including Loan Operating Systems
Knowledge of state lending laws and regulations
