Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process conventional, FHA, VA, and/or USDA loans in accordance with guidelines
• Maintain communication with borrowers and relevant parties throughout the loan process
• Prepare loans for closing by collecting required documentation and notifying the Closing Department

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Ability to work with clients and assist loan originators
• For remote work, minimum internet speeds of 20 mbps download and 3 mbps upload are required
