Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial appraisal of borrowers by examining applications and assessing credit standings
• Review and verify necessary documentation for loan processing and coordinate submissions to underwriting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and provide status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years processing conventional, VA, and FHA loans preferred
• Post TRID knowledge required
• Understanding of direct and indirect lending procedures
• In-depth knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach
