Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze mortgage loan applications and verify borrower documentation
• Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate with borrowers to ensure a smooth loan approval process
• Manage a pipeline of mortgage applications to meet processing timelines and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant mortgage lending experience or equivalent education required
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage processing, loan origination, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage regulations and underwriting guidelines
• Proficiency in Loan Origination Software, preferably Encompass
• Ability to pass a criminal history background check
