Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and complete financial information on loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Request necessary information from specified companies and submit the loan file to underwriting for approval
• Obtain and satisfy conditions required for the loan file to be clear to close before submitting to the Mortgage Loan Closer

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in Mortgage Loan Processing, required
• Current processing experience, desired
• Familiarity with the mortgage loan process and required documentation
• Proficient in basic computer technologies suitable for a paperless environment
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS recommended but not a requirement
