Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor with broker experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze loan files across various loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo
• Review and verify borrower documentation and manage deadlines related to loans
• Communicate with borrowers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a mortgage processor in a broker or non-delegated environment
• Strong background in purchase transactions
• Experience with investor portals such as UWM or Rocket
• Knowledge of VA, FHA, and Conventional loan products
• Experience using Arive LOS
