Job Summary

Mortgage Loan Processor is a full-time position responsible for processing residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance and accuracy while managing a pipeline of loans and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Obtain and review loan documentation, submitting complete packages to Underwriting
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant flow through the process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail loan processing experience
• Experience with Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans; USDA/Bond/Jumbo preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
