Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

Processing conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, the full-time Mortgage Loan Processor will manage data entry, maintain communication with stakeholders, and prepare loans for closing in accordance with company and investor guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data on new loans into the Loan Origination System (LOS) for initial submission
• Maintain communication with borrowers, loan originators, and other parties throughout the loan process
• Prepare all loans approved for closing by collecting necessary documentation and notifying the Closing Department in advance

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work with a minimum of 20 mbps download and 3 mbps upload internet speeds if working remotely
