Job Summary

Providing direct support to clients and borrowers, the remote Mortgage Loan Processor will coordinate documentation and application intake, perform high-level document reviews, and prepare files for underwriting over a contract duration of 6+ months.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation and application intake for loan processing
• Review various loan documents to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria
• Prepare files for submission to underwriting while managing client communications

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years of mortgage processing experience in loan origination or servicing
• Ability to manage priorities effectively
• Experience with document review and preparation for underwriting
