Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor, the full-time remote professional will manage the loan process by calculating self-employed income, funding a minimum of 20 units per month, and ensuring timely closings while maintaining product knowledge and compliance with mortgage regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Independently calculate all types of self-employed income
• Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings and fund a minimum of 20 units per month
• Communicate with borrowers, operations staff, and other stakeholders to expedite the mortgage process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of continuous current retail Mortgage Processing experience preferred
• Knowledge of TRID and FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines required
• Experience using LoanSoft LOS and Salesforce is a plus
• Strong computer and technology-related skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
