Job Summary

Experienced Mortgage Loan Processors will find a full-time remote opportunity focused on managing the loan process, calculating self-employed income, and ensuring timely closings while maintaining strong relationships with Loan Originators and Customers.

Key responsibilities

• Independently calculate all types of self-employed income and fund a minimum of 20 units per month
• Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings while complying with mortgage lending regulations
• Communicate with borrowers, operations staff, title companies, and Realtors to expedite the mortgage process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of continuous current retail Mortgage Processing experience preferred
• Knowledge of TRID and FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines required
• Experience using LoanSoft LOS and Salesforce is a plus
• Strong computer and technology-related skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
