Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

Experienced in mortgage processing, the full-time remote Mortgage Loan Processor will manage relationships with Loan Originators and Customers, ensuring timely closings and compliance with mortgage regulations while funding a minimum of 20 units per month.

Key responsibilities

• Independently calculate various types of self-employed income for loan applications
• Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely loan closings
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, operations staff, and external partners to expedite the mortgage process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of continuous retail Mortgage Processing experience preferred
• Knowledge of TRID regulations and FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines
• Proficiency with AUS systems and experience using LoanSoft LOS is a plus
• Strong computer and technology-related skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
