Job Summary

Experienced Mortgage Loan Processors will find a full-time opportunity focused on processing residential mortgage loans, managing a pipeline of loans, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process various types of residential mortgage loans while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards
• Obtain and review loan documentation, submitting complete packages to Underwriting for approval
• Communicate effectively with loan officers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely loan processing and closing

Required qualifications

• 4-5 years of loan processing experience, preferably in retail
• Experience with Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans
• Ability to manage a pipeline of 45+ loans and fund at least 30 loans per month
• Familiarity with Byte software is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
