Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fully remote capacity, the Mortgage Loan Processor will manage loan pipelines, ensure timely processing of various loan products, and support client needs while maintaining compliance and communication across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve in a client-facing role, ensuring exceptional service and meeting critical deadlines
• Manage loan pipelines with proactive communication regarding loan status and next steps
• Accurately collect, review, and verify loan application documentation for timely submission to underwriting

Required qualifications

• Solid experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond mortgage products
• Strong understanding of automated underwriting systems (AUS) and product guidelines
• Proficiency with Encompass (or comparable systems) and Microsoft Office tools
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
