Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

To support a growing mortgage lending team, the full-time Mortgage Loan Processor will manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, ensuring accuracy in loan applications and maintaining professional communication with customers and stakeholders, all while working remotely with a schedule of Monday to Friday, including two weekend days per month.

Key responsibilities

• Review and reconcile loan application packages for completeness and accuracy
• Gather required documentation from customers and third parties to support loan approval decisions
• Calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities while providing exceptional customer service

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan processing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
• High-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds for remote work
