Job Summary

Detail-oriented and solution-driven, the full-time Mortgage Loan Processor will manage residential mortgage loan files from application through closing in a fully remote environment, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing while serving as a liaison between Loan Officers, borrowers, underwriters, and third parties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of mortgage loan files to ensure timely progression from submission through closing
• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements
• Communicate proactively with borrowers and stakeholders to collect required documentation and provide status updates

Required qualifications

• Working knowledge of mortgage regulations including TRID, RESPA, and ECOA
• Experience with loan origination systems (Encompass preferred)
• Ability to manage a pipeline with competing deadlines and priorities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and compliance
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
