Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

Experienced mortgage loan processors will find a full-time remote opportunity to manage the documentation and administrative requirements of the loan application process, ensuring compliance and efficiency in construction and renovation lending.

Key responsibilities

• Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness, collecting and verifying supporting documentation
• Act as the primary point of contact for loan officers, borrowers, and third-party vendors, providing timely updates on loan status
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and investor regulations while maintaining accurate records in the loan origination system

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a mortgage loan processor or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with mortgage processing systems and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred (not required)
