Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Mortgage Loan Processor will manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, ensuring accuracy and completeness of loan applications while providing exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy, reconciling applications against system inputs
- Gather required documentation from customers and third parties to support loan approval decisions
- Maintain prompt and professional communication with customers, loan officers, and underwriters
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan experience
- Proven mortgage loan processing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with self-direction and motivation
- High-speed internet connection with specific bandwidth requirements for remote work
