Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the lending journey, the full-time Mortgage Loan Processor will manage the loan process from application through closing in a fully remote role for Dallas, TX residents only, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer advocate throughout the loan process, establishing trust and delivering exceptional service
• Act as the central coordinator of the loan process, managing all parties involved and ensuring alignment on priorities and deadlines
• Identify and resolve potential customer concerns, utilizing effective service recovery techniques to create positive outcomes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 - 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, consumer lending, financial services, or customer service preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish credibility with customers and business partners
• Strong conflict resolution and service recovery skills
• Proficiency with loan origination and customer relationship management systems
