Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the lending journey, the full-time Mortgage Loan Processor will manage the loan process from application through closing in a fully remote capacity for Dallas, TX residents, ensuring exceptional customer experience and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordinator for the loan process, managing all parties involved to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals
• Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining proactive communication and resolving complex issues with urgency
• Review loan applications and documentation for accuracy, ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 - 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, consumer lending, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with loan origination and customer relationship management systems
• Strong conflict resolution and service recovery skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
