A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor Assistant for a 6-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Order appraisals and obtain necessary borrower documentation
• Upload completed documentation for loan processor review and track payment details
• Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong understanding of technology and computer skills
• Ability to handle personal and private information responsibly
• Previous mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
