Mortgage Loan Processor II

Job Summary

Analyzing and evaluating loan files for compliance, the full-time Mortgage Loan Processor II will coordinate with originators, underwriters, and closers to ensure loans are processed efficiently in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and analyze income and asset documentation to ensure compliance with investor guidelines
• Perform initial appraisal reviews and address any discrepancies or deficiencies found
• Run Automated Underwriting System (AUS) engines and prepare loan files for underwriting and closing

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Three to five years of mortgage processing or related experience
• Experience with government and/or conventional loan processing
