Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor - KS Licensed to work remotely, the full-time position will manage brokered loans, ensuring accuracy and clear communication from submission through closing while adhering to deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze loan files across various loan types including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo
• Review and verify borrower documentation, updating the Loan Origination System (LOS) as needed
• Coordinate appraisals, title, insurance, and verifications to ensure compliant and efficient loan closings

Required qualifications

• Experience as a mortgage processor in a broker or non-delegated environment
• Strong background in purchase transactions and knowledge of VA, FHA, and Conventional loan products
• Experience working with investor portals such as UWM or Rocket
• Proficiency in income calculation and loan structuring
• Familiarity with Arive LOS and ability to manage multiple files effectively
