Mortgage Loan Purchase Specialist

Job Summary

Receiving and purchasing loans from third-party lenders, the full-time Mortgage Loan Purchase Specialist will ensure compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines, communicate with various stakeholders to resolve documentation issues, and deliver loan packages for secondary market sales while working remotely from Minnesota.

Key responsibilities

• Review loans for compliance with bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines
• Communicate with lenders and other parties to obtain necessary documentation
• Package and submit government loan files for insurance and guaranty

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of loan processing, closing, and funding policies
• Experience with loan documentation review and compliance requirements preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data entry skills
