Job Summary

Reviewing and purchasing loans from third-party lenders, the full-time Mortgage Loan Purchase Specialist will ensure compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines while communicating with various stakeholders to resolve documentation issues, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and purchase loans, ensuring compliance with bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines
• Communicate with lenders and title companies to resolve outstanding documentation items
• Prepare and submit government loan files to HUD/VA for insurance/guaranty

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of loan processing, closing, and funding policies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient computer navigation skills using various software applications
