Mortgage Loan Servicing Associate
Job Summary
Supporting a commercial mortgage loan portfolio, the full-time contract Mortgage Loan Servicing Associate will manage loan servicing activities, financial reporting, and operational requests while working remotely with one day onsite every three months.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and administer a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans, processing transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Record, reconcile, and support financial reporting requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and responding to inquiries
- Develop and enhance operational reporting, utilizing reporting tools and assisting with technology initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, computer science, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial mortgage loan servicing experience
- Strong understanding of commercial mortgage loan operations and accounting
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Precision LM (PLM) required
- Familiarity with SQL reporting tools and experience with construction loans is a plus
